Bogvik’s cast manganese pans are industry proven to be the best pan for moving hard abrasive materials. They are superior to fabricated and alloy steel pans in toughness and fatigue strength.

Proper Fit, Smooth Articulation

Our pans are identical due to our extensive use of jigs and gauges. You can expect BOGVIK pans to be properly fit with tight articulation because of their straightness and dimensional consistency.

Bogvik’s  custom designs include recessed bolt holes and often a short grouser to prevent wash out and reduce downtime to replace worn bolts.

Our pans are designed with a “wiper” to keep fines out of the mating surfaces and feature a machined fit for close tolerances.

All BOGVIK feeder pans come with a lifting lug at the center of gravity for safer and easier installation.

Grizzly scalpers are specially designed for heavy duty applications due to bigger top size material coming from primary crushing. Top decks are equipped with grizzly bars or specially perforated wear and abrasion steel plates. Stronger frame structure is the key element for a long lasting high performance of scalpers.

BOGVIK Vibrating Grizzly Bars are uniquely designed for easy installation and longest wear life. Inspired by our clients and tested in the field, BOGVIK Vibrating Grizzly Bars are tapered to reduce product buildup and feature a rounded surface in high-wear areas for longer wear life.

Chutes are used to transport material from one process step to another in mining operations. When material is fed into a process or discharged from it, chutes collect, convey and prepare the material flow for the following processing phase. Chutes are used with crushers, feeders, conveyors, stackers, and grinding mills.
